A Fine Motor Learning Week of Activities

A week of hands on activities for the kids

[above, clockwise from top left]

It was a Fine Motor Learning week it seems…

  1. Using egg cartons for play! Add pipe cleaners to the mix and we had a fine motor activity, and made a train to play with!
  2. Pipe cleaners again! I cut them up small to be used as sprinkles. Little fingers put them in the sprinkle jar!
  3. ABC activities were found featured on It’s Playtime this week. [Photo from Dirt and Boogers' Letter Games for Tots!]
  4. I made a quick game from plastic jars and magazines. We added learning to the fun with some letter sounds too.

The boys had a great Easter, we hope you did too! Besides all the candy George hoarded and snuck when we weren’t looking, the cool new shades the Easter Bunny brought were the biggest hit.

Easter Baskets

And we got a new family picture taken this week too!

It might be the last one with just the four of us. Yep. That’s right. There’s going to be a baby number three!

Can you imagine all the activities, crafts, and art there will be in a couple more years?
