The Creative Christmas Countdown is well under way.
Mama Pea Pod has today’s advent activity, Making Paper Decorations!
I found a few inspirational ideas from last week’s It’s Playtime to get us in the mood to get creating some wonderful paper decorations for today’s Christmas Countdown activity!
[Gratefully Growing in Grace: Paper Advent Activity Chain]
A classic paper decoration from Gratefully Growing in Grace. A paper chain garland, complete with activities on each link for the holidays!
Above, from left to right:
- A cute button wreath! Ready. Set. Read! created this brilliantly simple craft for the holidays!
- Collage together odds and ends wrapping paper and make some seriously cute ornaments! Love this idea from Toddler Approved! [Kind of reminds me of our wrapping paper stockings we did last year!]
- Create a snow globe with your very own snow scene! A pretty art decoration from I Heart Crafty Things.
- My Little Princess World made a tree of handprints and decorated it!

Thank you so much for featuring my button wreath! There are just too many awesome Christmas activities being shared here last week and this week. I'm going to need to extend the season into at least February to get it all in
Fabulous ideas! We did the paper chain count down, but I never thought to put an activity on each link! I'll remember that next year!
Thanks for including our ornament Jamie!!! I am hoping to spend some time this weekend looking through all of these great links.
Hi Jamie,
Can you please delete my last entry, #149 ? I was just testing something out & thought I could delete it afterwards. I guess not! LOL Thanks!
