I don’t think I’ve ever stopped to just say thank you.
I have the absolute best readers here at hands on : as we grow.
Thank you!
Not a day goes by that I don’t get an incredible email or comment that makes me want to cry because it makes me realize that by sharing the activities here, there are moms, dads, teachers, grandparents and other caregivers out there that are finding their time with their kids more enjoyable.
I try very, very hard to email everyone back, but I get way behind at times and before I know it, I’m often three weeks backlogged in emails and I don’t get to reply to everyone.
I know this doesn’t nearly have the same impact as a personal email, but I do just want to take a moment to ‘write you back’.
Thank you
Dear Reader,
Thank you for sending your lovely note.
The note that you tell me what you’ve done with your child that day. Sharing a photo of your creations.
The note that you tell me that spending more time with your kids is making a difference.
The note that you tell me you’re sharing activity ideas with your friends for them to do with their kids too.
The note that you tell me what you’d like to do with your kids.
The note that you tell me that you struggle to do all this.
The note that doesn’t get sent because you are enjoying the time with your child instead.
This note. It makes me realize how amazing you are.
This note. I love hearing that you are trying an activity, seeing a photo of what you’re doing with your kids that day, or just hearing that you agree (or disagree) makes this all worth it.
This note. While I hate to hear that you struggle, but hearing that you are struggling too makes me realize we’re all only human.
This note. They make me realize that you are why I do this.
Granted, I absolutely love sharing our activities. I’m kind of addicted to it honestly. I love it! But there are days (sometimes many… in a row… that drag on and on…) that get me beaten down.
But this note helps bring me out of it. So this is my heartfelt thank you.
Your friend forever, whether you know it or not,
Jamie
Thank you
I am going to be taking off now until the New Year to spend the holidays with the family. I have some of the ‘best of’ to be shared on Facebook throughout the week, so sneak by there if you’re looking for some fun things to do with the kids.
I wish you, and your family, the best holiday wishes!
Merry Christmas from the Reimers of hands on : as we grow!

My New Years resolution/ inspiration is this: We are all flawed, accept this, love another for who they are and instead spend that energy on yourself and you family! :)
