Did you collect some leaves over the weekend? Or before they’re all gone?
The boys did. We don’t have a lot for leaves in our yard, but enough to have a raking session, and collect a few colorful leaves for a project!

For Halloween not being one of the ‘major’ holidays like Christmas, Easter or Thanksgiving [you know, where you get the entire family together for a feast], it sure does bring out some awesome activities to do with the kids!

Monsters!
Monsters come in so many shapes and forms. Especially around Halloween. Ghosts, goblins, spiders…. they’re all monsters, aren’t they?
Monsters can look like anything, made from anything, and do anything…

As you may already know, we own a bakery. The boys spend a lot of time there with Dad and I. Dad does the baking, I decorate cakes.
It wasn’t too long ago that someone passed along a photo to me of these 

When we went pumpkin picking at my brother’s, the boys couldn’t help but pick a bunch of unripe, green pumpkins.
When I asked if they’d like to decorate some pumpkins for inside, Henry said only the green ones.
So we decorated those.
