Can you please tell me how you made that semi truck cake?
lol, Heidi. I can try… I used a cake board [sturdy cardboard that's waxed on the top] for the base of the cab and trailer. I set it on top of slabs of cake [unfrosted, but you could frost them] that are smaller than the board so that it wouldn’t be seen. Then the trailer and cab are two layers of cake that are then carved to look like the cab and cutout the trailer portion. And everything is just frosted [easier said than done actually]. The wheels are chocolate donuts.
